The elderly people must carry doctor’s prescriptions and enough stock of required medications for the travel period on person. It would be necessary to carry a first aid box as well.

The elderly people must make it a point to travel light, so that it will offer them greater and easier mobility along with enhanced security and safety. Try and mark you luggage with distinctive markings like colored tapes or ribbons for easy identification. The elderly folks must take extra care regarding drinking water and food. Eat and drink from authentic sources only and try to eat and drink right. Maintain the daily routine so that your body clock will function well at all times. Do not overstress yourself and rest if you are feeling tired.
