Following hot on the heels of the latest Indiana Jones film, the new James Bond film, Quantum of Solace, also starts shooting in Peru. Filming will from early March will include scenes at Machu Picchu. This follows a period of filming in Panama, and after the Peru leg filming will then move on to Chile.
Quantum of Solace is scheduled for release November 7th 2008 and the story will be a direct continuation of the events of Casino Royale. It stars Daniel Craig as James Bond and Dame Judi Dench as M.
