Playa Blanca is located close to Panama City and the project will include both residential as well as commercial buildings. In fact, the Beach Resort and Spa that is being developed at Playa Blanca is one of the key features of this exotic town. The residential area of the district has been divided in four phases. These include the Water phase, the Earth phase, the Fire phase and the Air phase. Well, if you do not think this division to be an interesting one, here is more: each of these phases would feature things that are mostly associated with the element. For instance, the Earth phase would feature tropical forests and rich flora and fauna; the water phase would feature water lagoons and other water bodies, while the air phase sees residential units that face the oceans so that the residents can enjoy the cool sea breeze. Lastly, the Fire phase features the nightclubs and the resorts.

One of the chic clubs from Miami South Beach and the St. Tropez, Nikki Beach would also be opening a resort in the Playa Blanca district. Thus, Playa Blanca is on its way to gain the status of the ultimate party destination.
The developers of Playa Blanca, situated on the pacific coast of the country are calling it the “Sexiest Project” in the whole of Panama, already! Besides, the resort will also meet the demands of people who do not come from families that are super rich or for that matter quite fabulous. The resort that Nikki Beach would be opening will be one that is completely inclusive of all that a resort usually has. This means that the resort will also feature nightclubs. The resort will have around 300 rooms. Apparently, the resort will be called the Nikki Beach Playa Blanca Hotel. However, the district, which is being developed in phases, will be open for tourists only in 2009.
