Travel is also a very handy form of recreation. The newest entrant to this group is ethical travel. There is no set definition of ethical travel but ethical travel can be simply defined as traveling according to a set of ethics. Bolivia has a nice mixture of some very breathtaking outdoor sights and some bustling cities. The capital of the country is the city of La Paz. La Paz is a very beautiful city with a lot of nice monuments and some really good restaurants and bars. The city of Sucre is referred to as the legal capital of Bolivia and Sucre is the seat of the Bolivian judiciary.
Tourist delights of Bolivia
The city of Potosi is also a must visit place for tourists as at one point of time this city was one of the richest cities in the world owing to the huge number of silver mines in this city. Bolivia also has some natural wonders and foremost among them is the impressive lake Titiaca which is the highest lake in the world which is navigable. The ruins of Samaipata are also an interesting visit and a visit to the UNESCO world heritage site of Tiwanaku which has some very good Inca ruins. Bolivia is a great place for ethical tourists as this country has a lot to offer but also has a sizeable amount of tradition which has to be respected but also to be experienced.
